Hello, my wife and i are planning on moving to Canada ( i am a canadian citizen/ shes Filipina)
Would it be hard to get her a TRV so we could live together while applying for her PR outland?
would we simply state that we want to get her a TRV so she can live with me while the PR is being processed and in any event it is rejected she would return home?
she does not have a job, and the only asset she has is a house in her name that is still in the process of being built.
She also of course has relatives here in the Philippines but other than the house and that htere isn't much that ties her back here.
Will the fact that she is the spouse of a canadian citizen make things alot easier? i do have a suffice amount of money in my name.
and would be returning to Canada to find a job/ housing etc.
