Trv aviated since 12th april

i invited my parents TRV for my convocation and launched paper application on 12th april through IRCC office delhi and got confirmation on 15th april
There has been two acknowledgement letters since then but it has been over a month now and my convocation is on 7th june ....Linked to gc key and no change in it since 20th april~
Review of eligibility—we are reviewing whether u meet eligibility requirements.
Background check-we are processing....
Final decision—in process
Pls help me with anything ...im really worried

The processing time is 13 days....some of friends got their parents visa already... they applied on like 20 april and 26 april
