TRV approved in Canada but air tickets departure is in 2 weeks

Hi,

I have a valid work permit and just applied a temporary resident visa. I get approved and requested to mail my passport to Ottawa. Since my departure time is in 2 weeks, I'm quite afraid of not getting back my passport in time.

Can I leave Canada and go to an overseas Canadian visa center to stamp my passport with the approval from CIC instead?

Hi I am in the same situation. Did you stamp passport outside canada?

you can expedite your mailing by provide express mail envelope ( make sure to ask for signature both ways )
