i need your advise guys..
my sister and i are planning to apply TRV with letter of sponsorship from an active judge in canada. our mother is an employee of the judge's parents and we were invited to visit them. they will shoulder airfare, accommodations and other expenses during our 3-wk stay.these are my concerns:
1. what are the chances of approval if a judge will certify that we dont intend to overstay? would he being a judge a guarantee for approval?
2. i am unemployed but my hubby is working overseas. i am taking care of our 2kids (6mos & 5yo). will unemployment affect my application?
3. no assets
but bank account is under me and hubby's name. source of fund is hubby's income overseas
4. only one letter of sponsorship was given bearing my name and my sister's. will this suffice both of us? i suppose we can send our 2 applications together. or shall we ask for another copy?
