I applied for TRV for me and my Wife. I see that my passports are dispatched from CPC-Ottawa office. But it is lost some where in transit by Canadapost and they are not currently able to track.
Canadapost raised tw service tickets one for my package and another for my spouse's package. When I call to call centre they say it is assigned to Some Sandro Pinti and Rosan and they don't have further information. But when I am trying to reach Sandro, my call always go to voice mail. And contact centre people says there is no way any one else know about these apart from these two persons. Also they said the cases referred to control centre.
I planned a travel on March 2nd. Now I don't have any information so that I can plan my travel.
Do any one know what is the reporting structure for Canada post for escalation
I am really frustrated with pathetic service of Canada Post.
