Hi, am trying to apply online on behalf of a friend. GIC site says that you cannot use another persons
GCKEY to apply online. Stuck here because I have a GCKEY in my name, but cannot figure out how to get
one for my friend as it appears to register for the key you must have Canadian credentials.
Am I missing something here? Or will I have to mail the application in?
