TRV Applied for Fiancee from India

Hi,

My Fiancee visited applied for TRV on November 20,2017. But Haven't received any decision yet. When i applied for TRV the amount of processing time showed as 29 days but now it has past 90 days and still there is no response. My Fiancee has been trying to contact CIC office at india @ New Delhi (email and phone) but no one is responding.

Should i just ask her to cancel the application and re-apply for TRV?

As she has already emailed NDVO, there's nothing else to be done but to wait for a decision.

If she submitted a paper application, she can link it to her online account. Do see the update for Background Checks.

She cannot cancel the current application unless the visa office allows her to do so. Most probably the visa office will not allow her to cancel it as her application has been in processing since nearly four months.

Re-applying wouldn't be an option too until NDVO confirms that the current application has been cancelled/file closed. It would not help to file a new application because the delay for her current application could continue even with the next application
