TRV Applied 90Days Before Through Representative,Did nt give Me Even Trackinging

Dear Seniors

One of my friends applied his and wife TRV on 5th December 2016, from pretoria Vfs office having indian Nationality, 3 month before but he did not get any update .

He did apply through representative and he did not pass him any application Number and tracking Number , that's why he could not check it online or through website.

He is really stress due to dely in my application because he has also go back to India to see his mother and father , who are not feeling well .

He is doing business in Swaziland that's why could not come to VFS because he dose not have passport to cross the border .

Representatives is playing with him .

Unfortunately, there's nothing he can do. He must get the application details from the representative so that he can check online/email the visa office.

Does the representative have his passport? Or has it been submitted to VFS/visa office?

His representative said he submitted his paper application , direct to VFS pretoria .he has indian Nationality but live in Swaziland,
He is really stressed .

He lives in Swaziland and he sent his passport through DHL to representative , who has office in pretoria south africa and further representative submitted their passport to VFS .

Just want to inform that representative asked him to sent hos bank statements again to Submit in VFS , 3 week before and after one week he said Embessay also wanted he his business permit varificatiin letter from Swaziland Home office.
I dnt know that representative is playing game with him or might be he got refusal he did their appeal to Cic .

Your friend can complete Form IMM 5476 to cancel the appointment of the representative. He must upload this completed form through the Case Specific Enquiry.

After this is done, he can link the paper application to the online account to check for updates/if a decision has been made

The CSE must state the same: Cancelling the appointment of the representative for his TRV application.

He must complete Section C of IMM 5476, etc. Upload this form through the CSE + he can mail (post) a copy of this form to the relevant visa office
