Im a 20 year old Tunisian student planning on visiting Canada this summer. But i came across this issue where the strong ties for my home country and proof of means of financial support might be a bit weak. Plus i have never traveled outside of my country before.

So the reasons for my visit are pretty much touristing and visiting my girlfriend and a couple of other friends i know there, duration is 30 days. And my uncle is going to take care of the proof of means of financial support as my mother is unemployed, and my father passed away about 5 years ago.

And the strong ties to my homecountry are; finishing up my degree, my projected career path in the domain that im studying, my family's constant need of me as my mother is sick, and she will be left with minimal care in the time that ill be gone.

Are these reasons strong enought to convince a VO about getting the visa approved ? if not, what else can i add ?

Unfortunately your chances of getting an approved TRV are likely quite low given your lack of ties to your home country, lack of funds and lack of previous travel.

30 days is too long a trip given your profile. You should shorten your trip to 2-3 weeks at most.

Do you have any funds to show to pay for your trip? Having your uncle fund the trip really weakens your application.

You should pay for your next semester of school and include proof that you are enrolled and have paid your fees in your application.

Do not buy your airline ticket until you know the outcomes of the visa application.

Ok so i simply just dont meet the requirement for the TRV, no matter if someone there hires a lawyer or a paralegal to elevate my chances of getting approved

You’ll do a better job preparing your application yourself than any lawyer or consultant can once you do the needed research and preparation. They only care about having lots of clients and taking your money.

This is so true..All the information is available online.. Hiring a consultant will not elevate your chances
