Please help Im having trouble completing the form application for TRV ( IMM 5257) Im already here in Canada working and Im trying to apply for a visa so I can go visit my family on the Philippines and come back here and work again. I read that before you can have the form handwrittened but now not anymore. Its just I couldnt figure out what exactly I need to fill out on the details since Im already here. I tried calling immigration but I couldnt get a hold of an agent there to busy. Please HELLLP ME!! I would really appreciate it Thanks

I am working as a live in caregiver in Canada. When applying for TRV, on the details of visit to Canada I put:
-purpose of my visit : Other
- other: Continue working as a live in caregiver (This is the reason I come back to Canada after visiting my family in my home country). You can fill out with whatever job you are going to continue doing when coming back to Canada from your home country
-indicate how long you will stay : I typed the date when my work permit expires
-name, address of the person I will visit : type my employer's name and address
-relationship to me : Employer
I got help from this forum as well when I filled out my TRV form.
