We are Canadian PR holder and my wife is expecting and currently in India. Suppose if child is born in India then what are possibility to travel to canada with new born immediately?

1. Can we sponsor and apply for TRV together ?
2. What are timelines to get TRV so that she can travel faster?

Impossible to know whether the baby will get a TRV. It is 50/50 chance.
