My mother (citizen of India) is on a valid visitor visa (B1/B2) to USA [USA Visitor visa is valid till 2018]. Can she apply for TRV visa directly to a Canadian consulate in USA itself ? If this is possible, she can visit Canada from USA without going to India & then to Canada. Any help/experiences would be very helpful.
