TRV after applying for spousal sponsorship

Hello guys,
I need genuine advice, I applied today for family class spouse sponsorship. I saw some people apply for TRV at the same time with dual intention. My question is: Should I wait for AOR or Can I apply for TRV now? I have a high income and I have a marriage certificate does that make TRV approval odds high?
