TRV 5257 - do i need to included Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409]

Hi i am applying for VISITOR VISA WITH THE NEW FORUM 5257.
my gf do not need to apply for the visa this time. We have never declare CL before but we are about
to apply for CEC with CL.

do i need to include the 5409 for my visitor visa application ??
