Hi all,
Need help for the following Express Entry Questions --

Query 1>> Do we need to fill in the high school and higher secondary education details ( for applicant and for applicant's spouse) or education details after higher secondary is only required to be filled.

Query 2>> My wife has done 4 years Architecture Degree and 2 years of MBA after higher secondary education. I dont have the ECA evaluation of any and we are sure neither will be able to get, as it would be really very very difficult to get the degree attestation done, and I am ok to loose points (if I get any) because of Spouse education. The confusion is -- what should I enter when the online application asks the following question for spouse --

Has (my wife) finished high school or any higher education (including university, college or vocational training)?
If I say "yes"-- I know later when I get invitation to apply I will not have the ECA (and CIC would have invited me considering the spouse education points)
If I say "No" -- I am not stating the truth?
Need Immigration lawyer advise what to do ?

Query 3>> My wife has work history and is currently working. Again I know we cannot have the work experience letters from my wife's employer and again I am ok to loose points for Spouse work experience.
The confusion is -- what should I enter when the online application asks the following --
Does wife have any work history?
If I say "yes"-- I know later when I get invitation to apply I will not have the work experience letter (and CIC would have invited me considering the spouse work experience)
If I say "No" -- I am not stating the truth?
Need Immigration lawyer advise what to do ?

Query>> I have Uncle and cousin in Canada
What should I answer for this question, If I am not sure they will co operate with me by providing necessary documents such as their passport copies/residence proof etc..

Regards

Education details after higher education should be fine.

It is not mandatory to do ECA, you only have to do ECA if you are claiming points. Enter the educational details of your spouse.

I had the same situation as yours. While filling express entry profile I mentioned spouse as unemployed. After ITA while submitting the main application the work history section was blank. However I have mentioned all the employment details of spouse in personal history section where we have to show activities of last 10 years. In order to avoid any further confusion, I have mentioned in Letter of Explanation that I am not claiming any points for spouse's education and employment and hence I have included those details in personal history section. However my spouse was unemployed at the time of fillung out express entry form.

Just say No. It doesn't make much difference to your application if you have got any relatives in Canada.
