TRP update

I applied my temporary residence permit ( visitors visa) in November 2020 ,
did my biometric on January 2021
Got my correspondence letter on the 13th of April 2023.

In my tracking portal is showing visitors visa documents number and expiry date.

Please can someone explain to me does it mean that the visa is approved.
Note I have not received any confirmation or request to submit my passport.

No
Just wrote it normal by starting the first letters with block letter
