TRP and Open Permit

I read this from one of your thread posted..............
So there are grounds on which TRPs are granted

I'm waiting for my Humanitarian application, I'm already out of status for more than 2 years, my boyfriend signed papers that he supports all my needs while waiting for my application then CIC told me that I could apply for TRP and Open permit while waiting for my Humanitarian Application. I'm not really sure if they are serious about it. I read some articles from CIC website that if you don't have any legal status in Canada you can't apply for TRP. I'm really confused.
Do I still need to apply for the TRP and Open permit or just wait for the result of my Humanitarian way back home.

Not sure what your deal is. Are you the "wife", the "husband" or the "mistress"? If you are all three, you may want to seek professional help of the medical variety...
