Trouble creating an account on Application Status tracker

I have submitted an application for my nephew on July 1 and I still can't create an account on Application Status Tracker here: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

Does anyone else have the same issue? It is the first time happening this for me.

Nope. Still the same error. I raised a web-form too but no response.

Same here I apply for my mother inlaw on July 2 while biometrics on july 9 and still can't create an account on Application Status Tracker

I think they have technical issues with tracker. Seems like all recents applicants are not able to create the account.
