Hello guys,

I started working on my PGWP in june 2012. On january 10, 2013 I went to india for 1.5 months. So i came back to work on 25 febuary. According to my calculation:

July 2012-dec 2012= 7 months
March 2013- july 2013= 5 month

So is it mean i have to apply in August or i can apply earlier . I will be completing required hours next month though.
Did my Ielts also. Can someone please clarify. Thanks

you need to have 12 months of paid full-time work experience. Assuming your time in India was an unpaid leave of absence (or you were between jobs), then you will be eligible in August.

Hours worked more than 30/week do not count towards saving time. As jes_ON said, you will be eligible in August as I hardly doubt any company would give a paid leave for that long..
