I've got LOA for Sept intake but i have asked for a deferment to Jan intkae.


Now Can i get a GIC certificate with Sept intake LOA and then use that GIC certificate for the visa process of Jan 2015 intake?

GIC certificate is just a certificate of your money in Scotia bank, it doesnt matter if you apply for Sept or Jan or May.
