Travelling without PR card

Hi all. I hope for ur views on our matter.

My husband got the immigrant visa. And we are planning to go to canada for a month and then come back finish our business and then go back for good.

We will be going in end of October till end of november/begining of december. We got the PR since end of June. I am a canadian citizen. Does all of this time count towards his PR since june till october (outside canada) and then october to november (since we will be physically there) and then end of November/begining of december to january we will be out of canada and then go back after the holidays. Or only the days that he has been in the country and out of the country but only since his first arrival?

Also does anyone have any clue as to how long it takes for PRTD to be issued from Lebanon?

Hi, I'm a PR and my wife is a Canadian citizen. Time spent with her abroad counted as fulfilling the obligation of residence. I was given a PRTD when returning to Canada while my PR Card had expired when overseas.

No clue about PRTD from Lebanon, but for Rome VAC it took 2 weeks when we were living in EU.
