Travelling without PR Card to US (for work) & India (for vacation) - Currently I'm in Canada

Hi,

I got my PR approved (CEC program) and continuing my work in Canada. I did my landing with COPR on 19th Aug 2018 and I am waiting for my PR card. I have to make the following trips without my PR card, please let me know if there will be any problems with it.

-- Trip-1: Travelling by road in my own car from Canada (Toronto) to US (Detroit) as a part of my work (for 1 week). I have my B1/B2 visa and I have traveled before for work purposes.
-- Trip-2: After my 1 week work, I am planning to fly from US (Detroit) to India for vacation (3 weeks). It is a round trip back to Detroit
-- Trip-3: After my 3 weeks vacation, I will drive my car back from US (Detroit) to Canada (Toronto)

Since I am re-entering Canada in private vehicle, I won't need a PR card/ PRTD right? I believe my passport and COPR should be good enough. Please confirm, and let me know if I have missed any details.

About PR card: Do I have to register a complaint because I haven't received my PR card and its been 12 weeks since my landing?
