Travelling withaut PR card

Hello
I have a question so if someone can answer to me.
My wife come to canada 3 months ago as landed emigrant and she is condicional PR,now her mother is sick and alone backhome and my wife would like to go to stay with here for few weeks.
So my question is can she go and when her PR will be mailed at my adress to send her backhome and than she to come back here.
So can we do this without risking her condicional status here.

Yes that's perfectly fine. Just make sure to use a good courier with tracking, so the PR card wont get lost in transit.
