travelling with pr card and djibouti passport

Can my wife travel outside of canada with her PR card or her djibouti passport, or both. pR card is valid till 2017 and passport is valid till 2015. Or does she need travel documents

To come back to Canada all she needs is PR card and passport. If she wants to enter another country besides the one for her passport then you will need to check with the country she wishes to enter. For example, a Canadian PR card is not an automatic visa to enter the USA.
