Hi everyone,
I hope someone will be able to answer my little concern. I became permanent resident in November 2014 and received my PR Card at the end of the year.
I hold a passport from my country of origin (these are the details provided to CIC in my application) and I hold a British passport. I would like to travel to my country of origin at the end of this year.
Question: On re-entry to Canada I just show them my pr card? I not need a visa to re-enter again ?
Question: what if I travel on my British passort and re-enter with that passport and my pr card? Would that be a problem because I di not notify authorities that I have it. Although Canada does allow you to have dual citizenship.
Question: Is it correct that our days prior to becoming a permanent resident are no longer counted for our citizenship.
Hope someone kind will help me.
Thanks
