TRAVELLING USA AFTER APPYING FOR CITIZENSHIP?

hello , I am planning to go usa after I apply for citizenship in September , will it effect my citizen application if I travel after applying for citizenship, I never traveled outside of Canada during my 3 years of PR

No! Canada is a free country you can move out if you need to. I assume you are just going for small trip?
Irrespective you are free to travel as long as you have PR card and a valid passport which is required to get into Canada.
