travelling to and from Canada after ITA for outland and inland applicants

Hi guys, I am Chinese who lives in the US and my GF who's also Chinese living in Toronto (yeah long distance sucks). We both just got ITA and in the process of gathering docs. I have two questions for me and her:

1. I have Canada visitor visa. Would it be fine if I still keep travelling to Canada frequently (twice a month) after submitting my application? I am not sure about how it would affect US background check and the PR application

2. Can my girlfriend come to visit me? She works in Toronto under working visa.

We both want to make sure a smooth PR application process without too much hassle. Please advise, very much appreciate it!

Ok, so I'm not CIC, but I think you should be fine if

1. Before your AoR, you submit a complete travel record.
2. Post AoR, you don't have a major change in your profile (getting denied entry, getting arrested, that kind of thing)

You have a legit visa, and your travel shouldn't raise any red flags.
