Travelling out of Canada and waiting for PR approval

Hi everyone.
I have applied for PR with TR2PR. I have got a couple of ghost updates and I am assuming I should get approval soon. Currently I have a PGWP and I am planning to travel to turkey for a month in October 22. My question is, if I get PR approval, should I accept it or just reply to the email telling them that please approve it when I will be back. I guess my PR card can get really long and I wont be able to comeback to Canada with TRV while I accept PR.
PR travel documents also take like 2 months, which won't work for me.

You will need to advise IRCC that you are out of the country in October or they will give you a virtual landing. They usually doublecheck that you are in Canada but not all the time. If you are landed virtually you would need a PRTD to return to Canada which would delay your return.

Is there a time deadline to reply to IRCC Pr email?

Not sure. The big issue is that they don’t always check that you’re in Canada. IRCC sometimes only looks at your current residential and mailing address. If you get an email saying you’ve received virtual landing it’s already been done and your TRV will be cancelled. That is why I am recommending you send in a webform indicating the dates you will be out of Canada.
