I applied for my PR under EE CEC back in September 2015. My application got rejected and reconsideration request also got rejected in June 14 and July 28 respectively. I filed an application for Judicial review and Leave for both decision and got Leave granted to me by court in both the case.
My court date is 30 January 2017 and already received settlement offer from IRCC Lawyer which I declined and made an offer which IRCC accepted. We will be taking consent order from judge tomorrow.
IRCC agrees to expedite my case and make decision in 90 days.
Now, my question is as follows::
1) I applied from within Canada so I guess my VO is Ottawa. So, if I travel to India next month or early March without Visa ( as my visa expired in October 2016 but I got BOWP till November 2017. However, I haven't extended my Visa which expired along with my PGWP in October 2016.) Can I send my passport to India VO to obtain my PR Visa??
2) where will I receive notification for approval ?? To my lawyer's office or home address in Canada or on Mycic??
I would appreciate if someone can help me with this dilemma.
