Travelling back to Canada with PR

Hi
I have my PR card in hand.
I was in Canada for my soft landing and returned to India for 6 months.

I will be travelling to Canada tomorrow, what documents do i need?
Since I wont have a travel visa is the PR card enough for immigration while leaving India and then entering Canada?

What are the steps when i land in canada with my PR card? Is there some links i can read?

You just need your PR card and your passport.

You scan your PR card in the machine when you arrive, or if there is no machine, you show it to the border officer.

Hi,i have been out of Canada for 10 years ,i am permanent résident ,i have my number but i lost my card! Well, i have to go back in Toronto in september because my nephew 's getting married!
What do i have to do for getting a visa?
