Hello, my PR application was approved and I received the email asking me to submit my documents to the High Commission in Ghana for the CoPR to be issued. However my son has surgery in Canada which we would miss if I go through the CoPR process from Ghana. I am planning on traveling with my temporary residence visa to Canada and then proceed with the virtual landing while in Canada. Does anyone know if this is possible? Is there anyone who traveled on a visa before applying for their CoPR? Will I have issues at the border? I emailed IRCC about this and they didn't really give me a direct answer, they essentially asked me to try my luck.
