Hi how are you all? I pray and hope that you all are fine. My fiancé (Canadian citizen) is planning to visit me in Maldives and we both will travel together to her home in Ontario. We will follow all the requirements of quarantine. In this scenario, do I have to get a written authorization to travel to Canada?

Yes - you need to get a letter of authorization since you are classified as an extended family member (not immediate family member).
