What would be possible issue if I go back to my resident country after 1 month of arriving in Canada on closed work permit? My employer doesn't have any issue as he is allowing me to handle the issue back home, however my concern is that will there be any issue in immigration at Canada once I will return back after 1 or 2 months?

Not really, its just some financial thing to be settled and going for 1 month only.
Would suggest carrying proof that your employer is allowing you to work remotely for a temporary period. If you can work remotely from your home country it somewhat defeats the need for the CWP. You may also not meet the residency requirement to qualify for healthcare in your province if you just arrived in Canada. If so you should not use your current card and will need to reapply when you return.
