Traveling from Mexico to tour employer corporate facilities. How should I proceed

Hi,

I work in Mexico for a manufacturing plant whose corporate offices are in Canada. I have been requested by the company to begin the processing of my VISA for multiple entry, as I may have to go back and forth a few times in the year.

According to the checklist I should provide a letter stating the reason for a multiple entry visa request, as well as a signed letter from the company granting leave of absence with name, position, and salary, employers name and address as well as telephone and fax.

My question is, is there a recommended format to be used and what would be the key points to highlight in the letter? Should I provide a detailed itenerary of the trip or would this not be necessary?

Thank you for your help!

Provide as many details as you can, why are you coming to Canada, what you will be doing, where, how etc. all that for each visit if you already have every single visit planned.

For all that you'll need to provide proof of funds, airline reservations etc, proof and intent of leaving Canada when you're done with business and so on.
