I have 3 questions and i would like to have some help with them. Any information would be useful.

1) If i apply for inland sponsorship can i leave Canada after the 1st stage?

2) If i apply for inland sponsorship while i already have a study permit, can i leave Canada during any stage of the process 1st or 2nd?

3) If i apply for inland sponsorship can i leave Canada having no problems or less problems when i re-enter if the cause was important for example due to the sever illness of a family member (parents)?

Thank you in advance.

This question gets asked again and again... You can leave. If CIC believe that you no longer reside in Canada, they will abandon your application. If you are unable to return to Canada for any reason, the same thing will happen. Your risk, your choice...

You can be denied re-entry into Canada, regardless of the stage of your application. Some people have left and reported returning with little to no issue, but my husband (applicant) and I (sponsor) decided to remain in Canada as to not risk it.

If you choose to leave, you run the risk of having your application cancelled. Unfortunately, this is the way it goes. Even before we were going through the application process, my husband tried to pass through American customs (while still in Canada) with a valid work permit and there were issues.

Basically, everything is at your own risk. I would personally advise against leaving until you have your PR card in hand if you can help it.

If your study visa is multiple entry then it is probably fine.

also:

"Starting on February 6, 2014 (00:01 EST), all visa applicants will automatically be considered for a multiple entry visa. The visa officer reviewing your application may be able to give you this type of visa even if you applied for a single entry visa."

Regardless if you have a study visa or not. The risk of being denied is still there no matter how small. Visa exempt travelers tend to have the lowest risk of being denied compared to those from non-visa exempt countries.

The answer to this one is no. CIC or CBSA couldn't care less on the reason you left Canada. They only care about you being admissible when you return, which is at the discretion of the CBSA officer you happen to encounter.

Also having a study permit is no guarantee for re-entry. A friend of mine (from a visa-exempt country) was denied re-entry to Canada with a valid study permit a few years ago since the officer did not feel they intended to leave after the permit was finished.
