Traveling after 3 weeks from landing (Canada. US. Tunisia)

Hi, I will be landing in Canada on October 15th to confirm my CoPR. I will have to go to New York second week of November for one week.
And I will be back by plane. Is it possible to get my PRTD from the Canadian Embassy in US? To be able to return to Canada.
Ps1: at that time my PR card wont be ready yet
Ps2: I am originally from Tunisia.

There is a visa office in New York that you can use to submit a PR TD application. I have no clue how long it would take them to process, but if you go in person they may be able to turn around quickly. Since you must give them your passport, if there are any delays (1 week is not much time) you could be stuck in US without a passport and need to delay your flight home.

Alternatively you could drive across the border, and no PR TD would be necessary.
