Hi, I have a valid full time job in Toronto, but my PGWP is expiring in Jan 2025. I have 489 points for EE profile, still waiting for an ITA. My question is I want to travel to India for first 2 weeks in December and return to Canada, I have a valid TRV till 2032. Will I be able to enter country and able work till my expiration of WP? Will the immigration officer allow me to enter the country on PGWP?

As long as you have valid PGWP and TRV, there shouldn't be any problem.

You need to find a way to increase your points if you want ITA. We expect the required points to go up and not down next year given the PR target reductions.

Hey, I understand that! I’m preparing for French exam. Do you have any idea what score will they accept in EE French program category? CLB 5 or 7?

As long as you have valid PGWP and TRV, there shouldn't be any problem.

You can work until your PGWP expires in Jan 2025. Before your PGWP expires, you will need to apply to change your status to a visitor record so that you can remain in Canada legally as a visitor after PGWP expiry. You will need to stop working as soon as the PGWP expires.

You need CLB7.
