Travel within Canada with PR certificate?

Hi everyone,

I just became a permanent resident and got the certification of permanent residency until my PR card arrives (in about 2 months)
Am I able to travel with that certificate within Canada by plane or would I need that specific paper from the CIC office?

No one verifies your status in Canada if you are flying within Canada.

You need a photo id to travel by air within Canada. Either your passport or Canadian drivers license would work.
