Travel with Tourist Visa while having CoPR

Hi everyone

I have a valid Tourist Visa and currently just received my AOR. I'm hoping to receive CoPR by May.

I want to attend an event in Montreal in June but as the spouse I can't make the landing on my own and my question is can I enter Canada with my tourist visa instead of the copr and do the landing later on in September?
