Travel rules - Canada PR

Hello Everyone,

My sister would travel from India to Canada- Toronto, as she got her PR through Express entry recently.
I would like to know if she can stop at UK ( break her journey) on Visitor in Transit visa.

Is there any legal rule IN CANADA which says that If you are travelling to Canada on PR you cannot break the journey, stop else where/ have to land without breaking journey.

Please share the links if you can so that I can be sure I have read the RULES properly.

Certainly, you can stopover in UK if you meet the entry requirement in UK.

Thanks for answering. Any thing else to share on this. I was actually looking for something like landing rules/ journey / stopover rules

Like steaky mentioned above there shouldn't be any issues in stopping over in any place as long as she has valid visas for those places.
