Travel Records / Records of Movement from Azerbaijan

Experts,
In my RQ they are requesting "Travel Records and/or Records of Movement from all countries for which you have a passport or travel document”. I have called the embassy and they told me that they have no idea on how to get that document.
Is someone here aware how I can get it?
I checked eileenfinn's website http://residencequestionnaire.wordpress.com/records-of-movement/ and Azerbaijan is not there too.

I would appreciate your prompt reply and suggestions. Thanks.

Let me know what you find out and I will add it to the website.

Not every country issues Records of Movement. Do your due diligence to find out if this is available or not. Speak to others at the Embassy and also see if you (or friends or family) can make an inquiry to officials in Azerbaijan.

If it's not available try to make sure your other documentation is as complete and well-organized as possible. You cannot provide a document that does not exist, so do your best, but if it's not available, don't worry about it too much.

Thanks very much for your reply, eileenf. I am asking friends and relatives now if they can find out in Azerbaijan whenever if it is possible to get those records or not. I will update this thread once I hear something.
