Travel on implied status

hello

i have a confusion if we can travel on an implied status with an ETA " i have applied for closed work permit extension " i am hoping i may get the extension by the time i have to travel ... but in case i dont can i travel with an EtA on implied status . and secondly if i get the extension on time i am not sure if i ll be having enough time to apply for Multiple entry stamp on my passport so will the EtA document work in that case too ?

if you leave on implied status, you lose your current status. You can reenter as visitor, but cannot work until the new work permit is approved.

If you require a visa, you can't get an eTA.
