Sorry, I know it's pretty late to see this response, but for others who are looking for an answers - Yes, Destination Canada is a 100% legit company. I have purchased travel insurance from them two times for my parents. In one instance, my mother fell ill and I had to take her to ER. They covered 100% of the hospital charges. The entire experience was flawless. and Yes were the most economical option when I purchased their plan in 2018 and 2019.
