Travel Information - many countries visited

I worked on a cruise ship, and I've been to a total of 30 countries. Most of them just for a day. I am confused how to fill up this form, once I dont have proof of all the places I've been. Does anyone had or have heard about some experience like mine?

They want to know where you lived, not where you've been. So, list where you have lived.

That's true of the background declaration, but not of the supplemental travel form. The supplemental travel form wants to know where you've been.

So, are you saying that when you stopped in these countries, you don't have any visas or stamps in your passport as records of your travel? If you do, review those...

If if you can't provide the exact details for all those stops, attach a written explanation - e.g. you worked on a cruise ship from DATE to DATE, during which you made an uncountable number of stops (day trips) in the following countries: List them All.

Any place you stayed longer in, you had better make a good effort to list
