That's true of the background declaration, but not of the supplemental travel form. The supplemental travel form wants to know where you've been.
So, are you saying that when you stopped in these countries, you don't have any visas or stamps in your passport as records of your travel? If you do, review those...
If if you can't provide the exact details for all those stops, attach a written explanation - e.g. you worked on a cruise ship from DATE to DATE, during which you made an uncountable number of stops (day trips) in the following countries: List them All.
Any place you stayed longer in, you had better make a good effort to list
