List all trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in ten years?

I came to Canada for study. I also visited my home country 2 times (country of origin- India) while i was in study permit (one time) and work permit(one time). I also went to USA.

Should I include all these travel information?

For Example: Purpose of travel - To study - Destination: Canada
To visit family - Destination: India
To Meet Friend - Destination:USA
