My mom is a senior citizen and wants to visit canada, she wants her nanny to go with her. What kind of visa will the canada embassy give her nanny because she wants to declare her as her nanny. What are her options?

Assuming the nanny is from a non-visa exempt country, she will need a regular tourist visa (temporary resident permit):

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp

There is no special visa category for nannies / caregivers.

If they will give the nanny a tourist visa, my mom and her nanny will have the same documents to present, but where will the nanny get the docements needed, specially the money matters? Just wonderin'.

You mother and her nanny will have to file separate tourist visa application. For "money matters" I supposed the nanny can say that your mother is sponsoring the trip and provide her bank statement. I don't know if this will be acceptable to the CIC or not.

65 is not old in Canada :) You'll find people who are well over their 80's living on their own without caregivers. There must be a strong justification why your Mom needs her caregiver/housekeeper. And your Mom's caregiver must show enough "ties" that would make him or her want to go back to the country they're coming from.

Yes, she always visiting Canada on her own, eventhough shes young she needs her nanny this time. We can provide documents that she works for my mom for almost 5 years, we paid her tax and social security. And besides my mom can provide money for her nanny.

If your Mom's caregiver has a family attach pictures of family. For your Mom, affidavit of support that she'll be responsible for him or her during their stay in Canada including providing for his or her fare back home, medicals when needed. Also a letter of invitation from the Canadian host or hostess specifically addressing the need for the caregiver to be with your Mom and if they could also provide a statement of undertaking for him or her.
