Travel history

So I forgot to attach my travel history from one passport which was cancelled in 2006 and i was only 5-6 at the time.
My online application was refused and I’m planning to reapply again on paper. Should I include that passport and if yes, will it be a problem because

They only really look at travel history from the last 5 years.

No issue if you include or omit that info from the old passport.
