IN 2016, I TRAVEL TO AUSTRALIA FOR VISITOR VISA BUT DURING MY STAY WE APPLY FOR STUDY VISA BUT AFTER 7 MONTHS OUR STUDY VISA HAS BEEN REFUSED SO WE COME BACK TO INDIA.

Yeah you should explain and tell them truth. Honesty still has a value. And many applicants have got visa after refusals. But don't hide anything from them.
