I went to the Caribbean, but did not even not a passport so I didn’t include this info in my app

I thought I may have forgot to include something but I can’t find anywhere in my app where it asks me to disclose travel history.

I dont think so. I think this is one of those extra forms that are country specific. I didn't have anything like this from what I can remember and I filled out my forms recently.

Thank you. I saw someone recently post that they left something out of travel history. I couldn’t remember filling anything out like this and was wondering if I forgot something!

I think the form is imm5562. I just checked the forms needed for an American and it’s not listed
