Travel history

Study permit was refused and I'm going to reapply soon.

One of the reasons was "Travel history"...

This could be because of:
-My Schengen visa was issued but I was denied entry, so I was deported the next day because of insufficient funds as a tourist in 2011.

-Turkish visa issued but didn't travel for security reasons in 2016.

Do you have any idea how to overcome this problem?

I did but briefly in the application itself.
Some told me a letter of explanation would be enough.
